convenient location well kept rooms expensive breakfast ineffective soundproofing
The location is very convenient, close to public transportation. The rooms were well kept (i appreciated the attention to detail).
The breakfast was expensive (55 euros for a standard breakfast). The soundproofing in my room was not effective. I could hear street noise.

great location easy walk good food unnecessary item move missing coffee saucer missing glass
the hotel is in a great location for seeing the sites. it is an easy walk to brandenburg gate and shopping areas. there are also good food options nearby. the train and a taxi stand are conveniently right outside.
the cleaning staff wasn't quite up to the standards i expect. our personal items were moved unnecessarily. coffee saucers were never replaced and sometimes the water bottles were replaced, but the glasses weren't.

immaculate rooms evening turndown friendly staff prompt service
i found the rooms immaculate, cleaned daily with evening turndown service. slippers and chocolates were left on the bedside table. the staff exhibited attentiveness and friendliness that enhanced my stay. each request was handled promptly and with care.
i noticed the blackout curtains could be improved for better light blockage.
